The Ebit miner is the high-hashrate bitcoin miner released by Ebang Communication Co.,Ltd, a NEEQ-listed company in Zhejiang Province, China. The earliest model of this series of miners was released in 2016 with self-developed bitcoin mining chips.
The latest version of Ebit E9.2 bitcoin miner for this evaluation can reach 12TH/s at the energy consumption ratio of 140W/T. Now, EastShore will bring you the latest evaluation as follows.
Ebit E9.2 miner is packed in five-layer carton with complete logistics warehousing label and brand logo.
The miner is wrapped in a plastic bag for moisture-proof and the suspended EPE foams can effectively ensure the safety in transportation.
The miner adopts the dual fan design in the front and rear with compact and sturdy alloy casing.
On the top of the miner, we can find that the miner is consisted of three hashboards and each owns three PCI-E 6pin interfaces as well as data cables.

The data cable interface adopts buckle design to ensure tight contact for the sake of stable data transmission.
A label of network parameters is attached on the side.
On the front side, there are network cable socket, status indicators and the front 12cm fan (12V2.7A), air inlet on this side.
On the rear side, there’s a 12cm fan (12V2.7A), air outlet on this side.

Installation and Setting-up
The setup of Ebit E9.2 is not complicated, please refer to relevant tutorial on Ebit E9: Tutorial: Bitcoin Miner Ebit E9 6.3 TH/s @ 882w ASIC Miner
Once the setup is completed, the miner will start running after tens of seconds. The real-time status can be seen on the configuration page.
Status indicators in normal running.
The test uses 1800W dedicated power supply. The indoor noise in this test is about 39dBa, the indoor temperature is about 32℃ in the day and about 30℃ at night.
As for default frequency, when the miner starts running, the frequency is 835 and the tested hashrate is about 12.04T.
When the hashrate is about 12.04T, the tested power is 1515w.
After the miner runs for some time, the frequency will automatically jump to 850-860 based on ambient temperature and operating status. The tested average hashrate in long operation is about 12.58T and the hashrate curve is stable without obvious fluctuations.
The tested power is 1566w.
In terms of noise, during normal running when fan speed is at 5900 rpm, the measured noise about 20cm away from the miner is about 83dBa.
In terms of temperature, when the miner is under normal and stable running, the temperature of hashboard is 60-75℃.
The tested temperature at the air inlet is 34℃.
The tested temperature at the air outlet is 43℃.
